Frequently Asked Questions for Vendors

A. Payment is required in full along with all applicable fees. This will secure your space for the 2019 event. You can wait until closer to the event but we can’t guarantee availability.

A. Yes there is a map on the vendor information page.

A. No, vendors are assigned on a first come first served basis to insure fairness to all.  If you require street access i.e. pin stripes, dyno etc. or if your space is deeper than 20 feet –  limited spots are available and assigned accordingly.

A. Roar cannot guarantee the same vendor location from year to year. However we will make every effort to accommodate return vendors.   Vendor space is not assigned until after completing the information forms and making full payment. The earlier you confirm the better chance of getting your spot.  See vendor map for current availability.

A. Yes, however the food vendor must be able to provide food service to more than 100,000 visitors. Roar will award a contract to a single source vendor: click here for more information.

A. Yes we have added a print capability this year. Click the print button at the bottom of each form. You will need to do this prior to hitting the submit button.

A. Any on site preparation and sale of any item consumed by the buyer that requires Department of Health license and approval. Contact Erie County Health Department to determine if you product requires a health inspection and license certificate.  814-451-6700

A. This information is contained in the vendor agreement form.

A. Yes. Check yes on roll over deposit on the Vendor Registration form.

A. There is a Vendor Tent in the west park. It is clearly marked on the map, or ask any staff member.  Their t-shirts are clearly marked EVENT STAFF.
